Patrick Falwell

Patrick Falwell is Vice President at Green Strategies.  He provides clients with extensive expertise on clean energy and environmental markets, as well as federal and state policy developments and strategy.

Prior to joining Green Strategies, Patrick was Senior Solutions Fellow for the Center for Climate and Energy Solutions (C2ES, the former Pew Center on Global Climate Change). During Patrick’s time at C2ES, he managed a broader stakeholder coalition of companies, environmental groups, labor organizations, and state officials looking to advance carbon capture technology through federal and state policy action. He also oversaw the coalition’s analysis and outreach efforts. Patrick contributed to additional C2ES initiatives involving clean energy finance, carbon pricing, and the Clean Power Plan.

Before C2ES, Patrick worked as a research analyst for the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) and the Consumer Price Index (CPI), where he conducted analysis of consumer expenditure behavior and national inflation data.

Patrick holds a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and a Masters of International Relations with a concentration on energy, resources, and environmental policy from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS).
